co•existing in the living city
The current context is characterized by economic, social and environmental conflicts, where crisis has become the norm. Public space is the very first place in the city, able to create a culture of peace by establishing the necessary co-perception for a co-existence of all humans and non-humans.
en•larging the playground
Children have been disappearing from the cities… Ask your parents, some generations ago, children were used to move freely sometimes on kilometers. How can urban design reintroduce safely children’s movements and transform the whole city in an endless playground?
re•emboying public space
Designed for cars since decades, contemporary city has to be reshaped for human and non-humans. By putting the body on the very first place, we focus on his vulnerability and at the same time the strength of his potential to change efficiently the inhabited milieus.
